Garden Grove police officer fatally shoots 16-year-old in altercation with 3 teens

A police officer shot and killed a 16 year old boy from Santa Ana. The boy stabbed and grabbed the officer, the officer shot in response. Three teens were involved one died and the other two were taken to juvenile hall and pressed with charges.
